The intent of Prime is to facilitate a pleasant atmosphere that is conducive
to the advancement of
Prime and its members. Leadership will at all times strive to provide a
clear, well defined direction
and set of goals. In return, the officers of Prime will expect members to
adhere to a code of conduct.
The following is merely used as a basic set of examples, there are many
variances in the world of Norrath and it would be impossible to make an
all inclusive list for every possibility that could occur.
Kill Stealing will not be tolerated. Monopolizing an area of green con mobs
in an attempt to prevent someone from experiencing is not acceptable behavior.
Use of zone wide channels such as ooc and shout to argue
or state opinions about other players or guilds that would otherwise reflect
negatively upon Prime is
forbidden. Use of the guild channel to complain, borrow money, argue, or
be disruptive in any way will not be tolerated. An officer may ask you to
take a discussion to tells with another player, and you will be expected to
comply without question. Officers do not owe explanations for this type
of request. Grievances should
never be aired in guild chat, always take it to an officer for a private
discussion. Failure to comply
with Prime's code of conduct can result in termination.
Loot will be handled in a variety of ways. Prime does use
a point system for most drops but there are exceptions to this such as old or otherwise outdated drops as well as drops that are deemed "crucial" that can be defaulted where it best helps the guild.
Lotto rules and variances on lotto rules will be posted on the message boards
when necessary but it is
important to note that disruptions caused by loot will be dealt with swiftly.
Prime's intent is to equip
all of its members. Patience and teamwork will rule the day. If you are
told you may not be in on a
lotto then accept it and move on. Disruptions, complaints, or arguments
with officers concerning loot
can and will result in termination of your membership.
We raid 2 times per week. Our goal is to experience content to the best of our ability on a limited raid schedule. This allows for members to maintain a busy RL or just have considerable free time when logging in to play.
If you are looking for a guild that will provide you with more raiding than two or three times per week then Prime will not be the best choice for you.
Finally, it is our goal to advance together as a team, to learn more
about the game and to get better together.
Having fun and playing the game to the best of our ability is the
goal.
